Our refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services. Also not included are Domain Parking services, Domain Registration and Reseller programs. In order to cancel service, you must contact "Web Host Fly Web Hosting" via Email. Please be aware that there are no pro-rated refunds after the first 30 days of service.
